suprisingly i had blatantly taken my phone apart, broken two of the screws off in the process, and then slapped it all back together. then the usb port went down. my evice was replaced no questions...

I think that there should be an option for the user to set so that the phone can be "always connected" or "connected while using web browser" Functionality like this could both be helpfull for users...
