It is not that "critical", really - nothing extraordinary.
But the fact that it is not available from minute 0 defies the purpouse of the app... Just pushing hard to get my vision through here,...

As much as I would like to do it (and have faith in the community) I have doubts on the fact of it being worth it without Nokia store :(. To my knowledge, Nokia store is the only good distribution...

I want my app to start on boot (preferably with the prestarted apps and before the user can interact with the homeview); of course there is upstart, but upstart is started after the -prestart's...

File is part of system integration, therefore cannot be modified.

So, yes, my daemon is actually an app (!) and yes, it has a window.

So, daemon is no go.

How about prestart / Applifed ? It seems the best alternative, but according to harmattan...

This is my upstart .conf file command:

exec /usr/bin/aegis-exec -s -u user /opt/debota/lancia


as devel-su,
start/stop apps/debota_daemon

works flawlessy.

That's the one I used.
I did not succeed in compiling / running Lazarus - based apps, tho. Do not remember what was wrong; some X libraries could be / GtK missing..

EDIT : some opengl es examples...
