Yes the build quality is solid, you know the desire and its OS (for me) a couple of weeks in just keeps getting better.
I am sorry for saying it here, but my N900 feels agricultural when used...

FM transmitter mainly as I drive a 200 mile round trip daily to and from work. annoying thing is that the desire apparently has the fm transmitter hardware but it not enabled..yet.

I'll be keeping my N900 for now and I'll use it alongside the htc for its strengths and...

I used the on device fiasco method to clock it up to 900mhz, it took seconds to do and it also retained the 'about' info. Foolproof method, and running nicely so far.

The thing that caught my eye with this case is the attachment point for the belt holder that comes with it, I may be able to use this to fix it to a suction car windscreen mount.
