I was recycling phones every like 2 weeks. The n900 seems to have stayed for 1 month now. I'm on T-mobiles so i refuse to go away from the 3G now. I hope to learn what this n900 can do and hopefully...

try different cables... I will be doing so. I ordered the nokia adapters, the other adapters mentioned and will consider that rockfish cable as well. Somethigns gotta work ^_^

I occassionally have the volume fade from quiet to decent when the volume is max... is it cause its bouncing from 2g to 3g?

I figured it out. I did
apt-get install python2.5-qt4-gui and it gave an error, told me to do
apt-get install -f and it installed all the missing files. ^_^ Now I can install from app manager..

I'm trying to install zoutube and it says im missing: python-minimal (=2.5.2-3maemo3)

it seems I'm missing quite a bit of python stuff and I can't figure out why? I might have uninstalled...
