The strangeness continues. I renamed calendardb. Another much smaller was created (with no appointments as far as I could tell by viewing in Midnight Commander), and I still got an alert yesterday....

Thanks. At least I could tell that file actually contains appointments. Will try renaming it.

Thanks but I've removed all created calendars and deleted all content on the default calendars. Still get the alerts...

With the latest firmware MfE using Google's settings seems to work fine for me at least. Just remember not to sync e-mails that way or it will likely stall..

Nuevasync works fine as well though,...

I just tried that and as far as personal information goes it only contained my login, not password (never taken a backup if that were to make a difference).
