Re: N900 compared to iPhone v3, Palm Pre, N97
I could have guessed the results of the poll from the start, really. I think this forum is a bit biased... :p
Perhaps the poll should be about which device will be the greatest threat to the...

Re: N900 specs revealed
Exactly my thought. Perhaps someone at Nokia is messing with us all and saving the more interesting tablet for a later date. But hey, gives us something to talk about (or groan/complain/etc...) :p

Re: N900 specs revealed

Re: Solar/Wind/Crank charger?
I agree, it does seem absurdly long. However, I had it on my patio table facing south and it took a couple of days. I even tried turning it east in the morning and then west in the afternoon...to no...

Re: Solar/Wind/Crank charger?
Actually, I have (or had) a solio and it took three full sunny SoCal summer days to fully charge the battery. Perhaps I had a faulty one, but if you can charge it in less than one day...that's...

Re: External battery pack for N8x0/770.
Do you know what the capacity for this battery is? Out of all the batteries I have looked at, the eGear offers the best as far as capacity, looks, and price. It also has a battery meter, upping the...

Re: Automatic screen rotate for N810
Wow, canola2 is pretty awesome in portrait mode; the menus look pretty iTouch-esque, but the now playing menu is all messed up, though nevertheless awesome!

Re: External battery pack for N8x0/770.
I'm curious about these solar chargers: http://usb.brando.com.hk/prod_detail.php?prod_id=00304 and http://usb.brando.com.hk/prod_detail.php?prod_id=00314
The whole green idea is enticing, though...

Re: Photoshop Knock-off
What about a InDesign kind of editing program? That would be very, very neat. Especially with a touchscreen, it would be quite usable, if it could work anyways...

Re: Music score editing
Quick question, how does one get about to playing the score? I downloaded timidity, but what else is needed to get it to play?

Re: anyone trade their n810 for ipod touch
I truly love my N810. Coupled with the brilliant programers who create programs for the NiT, I would definately choose them over a crippled iTouch. From a media standpoint, I don't think anything can...
