Which bluetooth keyboards work well with N810 (in 2020)

Anyone have a recommendation for a (currently purchasable) portable bluetooth keyboard that works well with an N810 / N800?

I've tried a few of those little folding, pocket bluetooth keyboards......

Re: Installing Skype still possible on N810?

Hey, thanks for the reply, man!

I went over to http://www.gronmayer.com/it/ but it was looking like the only repo with Skype in it is the old Nokia catalogue.tableteer.nokia.com/certified/ one.

I have an N810 here with a fresh install of the Diablo firmware -- updated with the Community Support repo. All is working well... except that the Nokia repository seems to be long gone and I can't...

Re: [Announce]: Illumination Software Creator

Unfortunately, no. We focused on Maemo on the N800-N900 series. If you can get Python and GTK on there, you'd be all set though. :)

Re: [Announce]: Illumination Software Creator

In fact, Maemo was the second official platform for ISC (after Linux Python/GTK apps). There are two N810's and an N900 with permanent places on our testing bench. :)

Re: [Request w/ Donation] Syncterm for Fremantle

Thanks for the help Addison. SyncTerm works great on my N810...just not the N900.

I suspect we'll need an N900/Maemo 5 build of SyncTerm to allow it to actually take keyboard input.

Re: [Request w/ Donation] Syncterm for Fremantle

Anyone have any luck building for Maemo 5? I gave it a quick stab, but I ran into some issues myself.

If you get a chance to give it another swing, Venemo, you'll by my hero of the week.

Re: [Request w/ Donation] Syncterm for Fremantle

Thanks Venemo! SyncTerm is definitely the top app I wish I had on my N900... so this would rock the kasbah.

Re: [Request w/ Donation] Syncterm for Fremantle

RoxTerm, eh? Is this on an N900 or one of the earlier tablets? (I wasn't seeing a package for N900 out there.)

Re: [Announce]: Illumination Software Creator

Just a belated update:

Version 3.0 was released. So now Illumination creates Maemo python/gtk apps... as well as iPhone, iPad and Android apps from a single project without any modifications...

I'm having trouble with keyboard input also. Played around endlessly trying to get SyncTerm to take focus with no luck.

I have installed wmctrl, but can't seem to get that to work either with...

Re: ComicLife alternative for N900?

It's a bummer too. That would be really cool to have on the N900.

(Truth be told, the ability to easily put speech bubbles on pictures is the -only- reason I'd ever be tempted to get an iPhone......

Absolutely! And, as this outputs pure Python/PyGTK code, it's a good stepping stone.
