hve n900 for 2 years.
never had problem ... never have reflashed my box ...

cat /proc/partitions | grep mmcblk1 | wc -l
u r done too, and you know how much partitions u have ;-) on the SD card :-p

I have tried with the BlackBerry USB adapter (USB-USB-micro cable), we have here in my companie ... Is the same problem ;-(
Any other (similar) solution somebody know here ?

Dan, i just wanted to say than Steve had made possible to noobs to have a touch with UNIX.
what did NOKIA with N900 and maemo ? no more.
Certainly MacosX is closed, what i absolutly dislike, IOS is...

basicaly i think yes , debian GNU linux is certainly here in mind, not BSD.
what is ur daily OS on your laptop ?
mine is OSX + have fink and darwin ports.
what i can't do then ?

i just wanted to point out Steve brought unix on personnal computers and what he did is substenstialy impressive.

if you use auto rotation with CSSU, i suggest you disable "enable rotation" in option-setting of MicroB.
Then when you are in portrait you have the address bar available.

App shortcut size & Web bookmark size.

Any suggestions to make possible these options...

if you want to scp (copy over secure shell) from the n900 to another host - this host need a ssh server on, not sure win is the best for ...
