another n900 stolen
Finally, my n900 was stolen.
18 months with an unique phone here in my city, was not bad at all.
Sad that i cannot finish my half baked Qt Delicious client.
Also, i really cant spend so much...

@patroclo he is saying that if you create the /etc/dbus-scripts.d/ringing.dbus file, that code will be automatically executed when the phone rings, and the phone-control thing turns on the bluetooth

@pulzar because ebuddy can stay connected in the server side and saves you the online messages even if you have connectivity problems.
But no, there is no ebuddy port for n900 afaik

afaik, there is no such thing as a "generic distro".
When you glue up a custom set of tools, you are making a new one.
Maybe the effort could be upgrading the existing easy debian to something...

even if is a data cable, that doesnt means it will gives you the data that you want, in a format that your n900 can understand.
maybe you need to ask in a dedicated gps forum if that device can be...

I think that the watchdogs are rebooting the device when you kexec. have you tried disabling them?

take in account that the nokia-binaries repository isnt optified. It will fill-up your rootfs partition if you dont have precaution.
