One thing that I've noticed is that the little 'circle' you use for selecting desktop applets is SO far to the left that only about 1/3 of it is visible.
It that on my side only or a known issue?

Suddenly getting an error message when trying to download any new podcasts:
"Failed I/O Error(-2 'Name or service not known')"

And this for podcasts I've had a long time and downloaded many...

That I agree with 100%. But when I read posts like "they can afford to buy McDonalds and beer but they pirate software" (not a direct quote) I find those comments to be very hypocritical if coming...

a) Having thousands of CDs obviously doesn't justify stealing even one right so I'm not 100% sure on why bringing that up as an argument :)

Couple of days ago the alarm stopped working for me on my N810.
When the set time comes up the button for turning the alarm off or snooze comes up and I can hear a short 'click' but no alarm sound...

The only thing I have TOR installed for is the notification of when a message comes in. I always read and reply through DC. Nothing beats DC's display of text log and ability to scroll through them...

Curious. Looking back, what was the phone that you were most happy with at the time of ownership.

Mine, was hands-down the Palm Treo 650.
