All working again now, thanks.
The 1st method didn't work but saying that I didn't reboot the phone after I ran the command.
2nd command worked fine after a reboot

Well I clean mine with baby wipes then dry with a micro-fibre cloth, I wring them out 1st as they are a bit too wet normally, I don't do it for the germ reason though, I just find them the best thing...
