display pictures do not sync, only status messages
attempting to download someone's display picture which i know was already changed gives message unable to open file format not supported

this may be because the files updated in /usr/share/rtcom-messaging-ui/html were not merged properly. try restoring and/or merging manually.

i had kernel power v52 and with cssu 7.2 i didnt have this problem but after updating to 8 i noticed it.
after going back to cssu 7.2 i no longer have the problem again

it rotates normally when rotation is not locked but when i lock the orientation with the orientation tool it stays in landscape

osso-systemui-tklock locks itself to landscape regardless how I lock orientation.

1. it does not show my display picture since i updated it in yappari, in view contact it always says no profile photo when i click on it but...

monitor addressbook and only sync what has changed since last time sync was requested. this might even lead to instant sync if addressbook alerts program what contact has...

feature request,
if user has a photo from another device and hasnt set one yet, download it from whatsapp server
i.e. if no photoprofile.png check whatsapp server for profile photo and download it...

yes i have that file.
quit and restarted yappari and after a while the picture showed up on starting.
does yappari download the profile picture from whatsapp servers on loading the profile page or...

those are already the permissions, changing the picture it shows but quitting and restarting the app it goes back to the green icon.
