Re: Jolla 2 expectations

I totally agree, especially 3G.

There is simply no excuse for any phone released these days not to have 3G pentaband support.

I thought the lesson would of been learn't from Nokia's decision...

Re: What have former N900 owners moved to?

I stopped using the N900 as my main phone 3 years ago when I switched carriers here in Australia (switched back to Telstra). Unfortunately the N900 didn't support 3G 850Mhz so I bought a Nokia N8....

Re: How many of you still use N900 as main phone?

I'm still using my N900 as a secondary/data only device. I stopped using it as my main phone two years ago when I switched back to Telstra here in Australia. Unfortunately that was due to the N900...

Re: N9: It's finally here

This was the final little detail that has tipped me over the edge in deciding not to get this device when it's released. Too much of a hassle to change over my SIM for one device when everything else...

Re: Nokia N900-2 'Next G' compatible version

The N900 is not compatible with Telstra's Next G network (850Mhz), however it is compatible with their 2100Mhz 3G network. This network is only available in selected parts of the major captial...

Finally got around to grinding the teeth off my charger after another broken USB port was reported here in Austraila (latest Australian release model). Obviously the issue has not been addressed by...

Re: N900 Non Issues – For Potential Buyers

I share the same experience when it comes to the USB port, but I certainly wouldn't be putting it under the "non-issue" category. Another port reported broken today.

Re: WiFi problems - WEP protocol

I discovered this issue when I first received my N900 back in december. I had to switch my modem/router setting from Shared to Open. Eventually I will change it again to the more secure WPA/WPA2.

Re: N900 to Australia??

I certainly would not be ordering from them. I placed a order with them on November 10 and had no sign of it ever being shipped. The ETA's keep getting pushed further back, in fact one of the...
