I also had trouble with corrupt sudoers file but I didn't fix any "prerm"-script.
Just changed /etc/sudoers file via SSH -> uninstalled .1.5.5 -> re-installed .1.5.6 and it worked.

For those (like me) who own lots of Krusell accessories already: Mabye have a look at Orbit Flex (http://krusell.se/product/3875) which includes Multiadapt system for use with most Krusell hardware.
