While I sort of understand the reasoning for not allowing access from tor exit nodes, I have to agree with Jukey.
My God to honest opnion - blocking tor exit nodes is a violation of our privacy...

To remove the cache you'll need to delete /home/nemo/.local/share/harbour-cutespotify

I'll add an option to the login screen in the next version to handle this for you.
