It should treat // as / so that shouldn't be the issue.

The rm command is correct -- You can use "ls /home/user/.hamachi/.lock" to see if it still exists after you remove it.

I sold my N800 (I know, I know) but since it acts like a normal linux system, it should be an easy fix.

My guess is that it was run as root before and the .lock file may have root permissions on...

I'm know I'm reviving an old topic, but just wanted to add my support for Video support in the Flash library! I voted on the bug in bugzilla. Maybe the nokia people can get this working?

If you get tuncfg permission denied, then you probably are not in root. Make sure your prompt has "#" instead of "$".
