I would say 14 is reasonable...
Reason.. you get the stuff "new" at amazon for 399$. this comes to around 18K (@ 45Rupees / $)....

Bought one from DELL, the other day for 369 + taxes. Came to total of 408.

wondering why prices are dropping so fast!. Iphone 4 Impact? Or any major announcements are getting closer? Like the N9...

I would say 20K is slightly on the higher side... that too for 2nd hand...You get fresh ones from Dell for $399 when there are offers going on.

Amazon gives it you at $459.
