When someone calls me or when i call someone and when the conversation is started it takes between 4 and 6sec before the other person starts hearing...

yep, i just added tv out control widget and hotspot shortcut today and after a reboot all my widgets and shortcuts kept their positions except the phonecall and sms shortcut :-s
