This is what I thought, though I was hoping they might be turning a blind eye as far as USB repairs go as it is an acknowledged design flaw...

I only removed the shield yesterday as well :o(...

My USB port came out with my cable in January as has happened to so many others...

I understand that as the device was purchased in the EU I have a 24 month warranty, I have clearly had the open...

I have no problem Skype calling (video or talk) on T-mobile UK and I do not have 'plus'. SIP calling however requires VPN magic as that is blocked...

I have the same problem also. Nokia headset not recognised but other headsets are (though seem loose and need wiggling to get both earbuds working - I had never used other phones before so not sure...

Repository details are as they should be...region 203 (UK), though it might regional but I would have expected to see other reports
