I had the same problem once, which I think is due to sqlite database corruption. A reflash fixed the problem for me, maybe you can find a better solution.

Wenn du zu hause mit dem wlan verbunden bist, dann müsste das an sich gehen denke ich. Zur not mal bei QSC nachfragen, ob du dein eigenes IP telefon benutzen kannst.
