a) you have R&D certificate in your device (which only Nokia employees have)
b) you use software downgrade exploit...

I still think the true successor* to the N900 is the Galaxy NOTE.

Not that the N950 is a unicorn, or that the N9 is a failure, or the EPIC 4G/Captivate Glide can't be modified.

Updated harmattan binary (apkenv.harmattan.2012-10-21b). Should fix an issue on Harmattan devices without open mode. Also displays more useful error messages.
