Did you try to look for DRM bluray player on google? If you find a program, look for it's availability on the N900. IMO, if VLC does not play it, it wont work, so try VLC on the N900 or Mplayer.

I just stay without a smart phone for a couple of weeks. I will survive, as I did not have one so far. I am going buy a N900 soon though. Not before any firmware upgrade.

To what are u referring exactly? In general people say that Ovi Maps 3.0 is not yet released for N900. So the rating would apply to the new version, right? Or does the 3 in 3.0 only refer to the maps...
