did you download it or disc rip it? i take it you havent got the JC2 disc in your system when you play? annoying the crap out of me coz i loved it, when i had a brief stint on it...i disc ripped it...

yeah. youre having the same problem as a few people. until you actually use the n900 to jailbreak the ps3, you get an error trying to disable it. if you want it off, you MUST do the jailbreak method...

sudo gainroot
also, to disable the jialbreak, you have to physically use it ie you must have your n900 plugged in to your ps3 and then turn it on using the described method. unless...

if you followed the first post TO THE LETTER (i.e. extracted the files to /root) then the commands should be:
sudo gainroot
