Installation of Polish regional settings (os2008pl) from extras makes it.
As far as I know it's possible to modify "Home" without any apps, but I don't know which file I should edit to do it.

I replaced some files in Echo theme and icons for apps, advanced power and advanced backlight.
It still needs some work, but I think it already looks nice :)
