While i agree that its a shame it doesnt do it out of the box, I suppose if an app can fix it then thats great ( less stuff installed...

My website sends me a text message when someone buys something, So id like to change it to a "cha ching"...

Seems silly that they release an update that blatantly cant be installed simply.

How come it says theres an update on the phone but in the pc suite it says its up to date?

My phone says it has updates, but says it cant install the update unless i do it via the PC suite.

However the nokia site says the n900 is not supported?

Any thoughts?

yeah its odd,

Sometimes its REALLY loud and the pitch changes. Then other times its cold and not making a noise ( but says its still charging )

My N900 came with a small cable and a small square block that i can plug my old charger into to it charges my N900.

Does anyone elses make a high pitches whining noise when its charging?

I have no problem with iplayer, its smooth and works fine.

the way i do it is:

Go to play something and click open in new window.
Then it plays fine.

As soon as i dial i get a yellow bar saying "call not established"

Once it changes to 2G to 3G i can make...

60meg free on rootfs ( why they partitioned it so gay i dont know )

IO seems fine and mem usage is fine.

Ive just uninstalled that (catagory thing that puts everything in a cat )...

Tbh, Some flex seems normal here.
It doesnt flex when open ( flexes a little when closed )

But i just cant be bothered to send back, I got my stuck pixel fixed and dont wanna...

I did have a problem recently where if i unlocked the N900 and then clicked ANY app on the main screens, It would take about 5 seconds for anything to happen.

A restart fixed this.
