imho you can do this conf update by your own. Select option in settings of internet connection. Select proxy. Turn proxy to automatic. Yes it is default OFF. This is what I think it could be?

Are you having a dual-SIM service from operator?

If not. Cancel all call forwarding ##002#

If you like to turn your calls to answerer or some other number use special number after the command...
