I have another poroblem... I deleted all the cablock files from /var/lib/dpkg/info directory using winSCP but the program still remains! Now i cant find the files anymore and i dont know how to get...

ok thanks friend, i fixed it without flash. The problem was that i had saved some data in general root directory and not in home directory. So I deleted them, reboot and all ok.
