how can you call a callto link through a chm file?

I need to create a callto link in a chm file for the N900 make the connection so that it is clicked.
The standard format <a href="callto:99991234"> 9991234 </ a> only runs on desktop PC (WinXP) but...

1) to close press ctrl + backspace and click the X in the top right window.
2) I copy the prc and pdb files to a folder called Palm that I created in MyDocs. After you install through the Garnet....

yes, it works with Agendus, iSilo, EasyNote, ... but always in small screen.
But it must have a direct way to open full screen.
Anyone know? :confused:

I tested with voipbusterpro and sent the message correctly.
Telbo also believe that with work. (I'll insert credits and then comment)
but I have some simple suggestions and questions....
