Just a question? Why when I apply "add pulley menu texture" top & bottom, in the homescreen I get only top pulley menu, but inside the meego apps like messaging, etc I get both?

I dont know if it is only me or anyone else have this problem too? when you are in a sms/fb/etc conversation and you turn your phone to landscape mode and hit the top part...
