Not the worst "conspiracy" theory that has been aired around this site. It would certainly make sense - WP is priority #1, or at least Nokia has to make it look like it.

N9: previously downloaded, installed & deleted apps won't disappear from the Store

Title says it all.

Whenever I download an app from the store, and then delete it, it disappears from the program view within N9/settings but within the Nokia Store, under all downloads it's still...

...do you need Norwegian translation? That transifex thingy scared me with the registration etc.
Let me know how to participate and I can translate from either Deutsch or English into Norwegian...

I uninstalled AW and installed MeeCast. However, I don't like the forecasts themselves, Accuweather is more detailed. How do I go about...

Short story: Accuweather suddenly stopped updating/showing the weather in the upper right corner. I have to click it to enter the applicaton itself, and then exit to view the weather in the corner....

Actually I was debating whether or not to deny the exchange and ask for an E7...decided it was not worth the hassle.
Anyways, there's an N9 to be ordered when it arrives so I guess I can live with...

It's me again.

Just got a new N8 as a replacement from Nokia....:o HW error and no new phones in stock to give me.

It's actually a lot nicer than my N97, but not quite Maemoish.

New update.

I think I'm on my 3rd complete reflash now. Yesterday the phone started acting up again - and now I can't even access the eMMC, and therefore almost no application or feature.

The browser is also fubar now. Bringing up any large website gives me an out of memory error. - although none of the partitions are anywhere near full.

I yanked the memorycard here the other day...

I've had my N900 since July last year, without ever having reinstall or reflash it. So far, it has, "knock on wood", been very stable. Via Conky I have seen up to three weeks in a row without a reset...

For me this all makes sense. Even Elop publicly stated that Meego will continue as some sort of future development platform, and that is exactly what is happening now - by allowing Meego to run on...

It works! (Of course it does. ;) )

It takes .2 seconds to go from the desktop to the dialpad now.
