Question Reflash OS2007HE on MMC

I have a 770 boot from flash and from MMC.
Now I want to reflash the OS on the MMC. Is there a way to do this directly or is the only way to clone it from the flash?

Here the result:

Download the .deb files over maemo.org on the card

I have problems to install programs with the application manager.
To install the programs over the catalog and updates are possible.
But when I try to install it from a file it is not possible...
