[Announce] git-1.7.9 for fremantle
I need newer git to N900. I made deb-packages for version 1.7.9. It needs busybox-power because of stat -c in postinst. There are older version on extras-devel, so I'm not yet overwriting it....

I pushed gpicview (0.2.3-2 from debian) to the extras-devel. It is missing icons (zoom in, zoom out, fullscreen). And many icons, including 'open', are out of the screen. -> It can open file only...

I tried to fix this, but seems it can't be done with tools I have used. Next bet is to use open source version of osso-systemui-tklock.
But could/should this be feature of osso-systemui-tklock?...

I made some testing about sysinfod.
First grab installation deb, backup it and unpack, e.g.
apt-get install --reinstall sysinfod
cp /var/cache/apt/archives/sysinfod_0~20100226.1\+0m5_armel.deb ....

I removed packages: clinkc0 clinkc-av-gnomevfs clinkc-av0 and mediaplayer is still working with UPnP. It can browse files and directories, it shows new files, it plays them.

What is the meaning of the package clinkc0?
