I had some reflashing problems when i used win xp. If thats ur os try it on win7. You didnt mention the os of ur pc. Thats y Iam suggesting this. Hope it solves ur prob.:)

The above cmd flashes the softwares installed and rootfs of ur mob but keeps all ur files, pics, videos data, phone book, sms...

Delete all the previous repositories in the App man and reboot and try the links again.

Also try the wifi and another possibility is that the sites are blocked in ur country temporarily. Check it...
