It might work, after installing Qt from here: ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com/qt/symbian/4.7.1/qt_installer.sis . But it's totally untested.

Dorian 0.3.9 is now available in Extras-devel, and as a file release in Maemo Garage (https://garage.maemo.org/frs/?group_id=1757). Symbian SIS and Maemo DEB packages are both present.
