I searched US ebay for CR-114 and it just don't exist there.
I also called Nokia US and they informed that it should be available on stores, but couldn't name one single store...

Ovi Maps now has a button to recalculate route, but no voice guidance.

*Probably* you don't need to. Just copy the three folders and test it. If it doesn't work, then remove it and begin from the start again.
