I'll try to reflash on xp 32 tommorrow. and about the lock code i know the procedure, but since i cannot access my internal memory i also cannot copy the a.out file onto it. i need to get the memory...

OK, i just tried to reflash it again, sadly with no luck. i tried some different options in maemo flasher-3.5 but tbh i didn't know how to use them properly...

oh, yes, I've done that, the rootfs flash goes nice and easy, no problems at all, but the vanilla image stops suddenly at 20% without any error or anything, the command line shows up and that is it.
