If you want a phone, no. Definitely not. Too many issues with charging and battery life, contact management, no distinctive ringtones, poor touchscreen and interaction modes, no supported MMS, crap...

Audio stuttering is still a huge issue under PR1.2, even after adjusting the nice level of pulse-audio to -20

It is an issue using built-in ear/speaker/mic and Bluetooth.

Remember that the vast majority of phone users out there don't have an e-mail capable phone that they have been able to successfully connect to an email account. MMS is far from "a useless feature"...
