Same issue here. I wanted to make sure I've got the latest patches so I removed everything and installed patchmanager again, now there are no patches and I cannot install any due to the wrong...

I've ended up solving it on my own with apt-get -f install, which fails, but leaves the package cached in /var/cache/apt, which I've then installed with inception. Next I'm going to try substitute...

Hmm, Makes me thing maybe there's some process that's keeping the connection alive then, that would render my method useless as well. I guess we just have to wait.
