My N9 cannot stay connected to my mobile internet connection(3G) when it is idle..like when I leave the web app or wazapp running in the background. It stays connected only till I constantly open...

I just connected my N9 to my laptop and opened Nokia link.It says only 7.1 GB is free! Its a Cyan 16 gig one! Is it normal?

I was browsing through eBay for n9 and I found that n9 White was available! But I am still skeptical!
