I don't get it. I tried RC3 and it's a mess. I thought it was close to being ready, but only half of the UI is there, nasty visual artifacts, no GSM, no wifi...

What gives? How can Nokia be so...

It's not just the UI - the fact that you input a bunch of passwords and never see the thing again makes for terrible usability. Here are my humble suggestions:

I guess so. It's kinda sad, but I also kinda understand it - when you sell a billion phones, talking to the customers is nearly impossible to manage.

I like the N900 too, but it's not my idea of what it could be either.

No, I'm not hating here - it's still the best in the market for me, by far.

Must have been that, then.

I couldn't run the config again, also. When I tried to run the binary, I got a segfault after a "QtGTK or GtkQt" or something error message.

The game I mentioned (Orion Prime) only runs on WinAPE if you disable 'fast disk emulation' - does this help?

I downloaded the AWESOME (judging by the video) Orion Prime (http://op.cpcscene.com/) and when I get past the shuttle door, I get a "please insert side 2" or something ...

I have this issue with Extras-devel! I've tried removing (on Appl. Manager) and re-adding the repo (via My-Maemo's webpage), but it still complains about Maemo Extras' GPG signature... shouldn't I be...
