No, it can not be used offline. Though it has some history stored. I don't want to store too much history and get into trouble as already Merriam Webster is asking...

i will publish the code and once the parsing is complete. currently it lacks few things. Like if you will search harbour, it will not show anything. Also it should show diagram or image if available....
