Kismet mirror

Does anyone have a mirror of the Kismet package ? Or a copy they could post?

All the links I find online are for repositories that no longer function.

Emailing me a copy would be dandy, too:...

Re: Problems with Joystiq RSS in feed reader?

Thanks Milhouse, didn't know how the feedfile worked. I just tinkered around until I figured out how to do it the way I was doing it.

You need to have XTerm installed. You can grab it here:

Install Less, too, while you're at it:

Re: Problems with Joystiq RSS in feed reader?

Workaround found!

Hadn't yet seen a reply to the bugzilla comment, so I kept fiddling with the feed in yahoo pipes. I finally discovered that if I take all their category feeds, combine them, and...

Re: Problems with Joystiq RSS in feed reader?

Yep, I know, I'm just trying to find a workaround for us 770 users who don't have an N800. I dunno if I want to upgrade to 2006HE (whenever it's released) JUST to get Joystiq, but if I can filter...

Re: Problems with Joystiq RSS in feed reader?

Anyone that's more familiar with RSS syntax know exactly WHAT is causing the Joystiq feed to crash the reader? Could it be some sort of malformed tag somewhere in the feed?

I'm starting to play...

Re: 3.2006.49-2 reviews, views, and other stuff.

Perhaps I was running an old version of kismet... I hadn't been able to check in awhile. Now, if they'd just get packet injection working with airodump, thing's would be peachy!

I managed to...

Canola - disable autoscan, and clean uninstall?

I've been using Canola for awhile on my 770, now running Beta2. I've never liked the fact that it autoscans my card, as it's such a system hog. I'd rather implicitly tell it to scan when I know...

Re: 3.2006.49-2 reviews, views, and other stuff.

I use maemo mapper pretty regularly. Didn't know that the newer version required the upgrade... thanks for the heads-up!

Re: Fun with swap

I've now tried a couple repeated reformats using card readers on both cards, to no avail. Only on windows machines, haven't tried in linux yet.

However, using those commands you linked got me up...

Re: Problems with Joystiq RSS in feed reader?

Is he the one that said, shortly after the N800 release, that Nokia would continue support for the 770?

If so, maybe I oughta call him on it.....

Re: 3.2006.49-2 reviews, views, and other stuff.

I'm in a rather odd situation where have a full computer is impossible. I can get on a public computer once a week for a couple hours, but that's it. So, my 770 is my computer. I use it as my...

Re: Problems with Joystiq RSS in feed reader?

Well, crap. So much for their promised continued support of the 770 platform.

I'm tempted to really harass them about it, but I have the feeling that the results wouldn't be worth my time.

I'm not sure I understand why you're even bothering to convert HTML to PDF. Just save the HTMLs and view those. That's what I do with everything. I don't have to deal with any of the PDF problems...

I submitted the bug to bugzilla... we'll see, I guess.

Problems with Joystiq RSS in feed reader?

3.2006.49-2 reviews, views, and other stuff.
