Keep chasing them for info. Nothing was volunteered to me unfortunately. I kept phoning them every 2 days for progress.

No information from them (though out of habit I did chase) and the only thing was that a new order was setup for me, which was waiting for stock to be allocated to it after...

Got my replacement N900 today and thankfully the mic works ........ So damn relieved.

Saying that the 4th was on a Friday, so that shaves a few days off. So you could possibly get it before Christmas, but then again ......

Quick update. Sent my faulty N900 back to Nokia on 04/12 (mic was not working) and they have sent me out a replacement out today (15/12) and hopefully I will receive it in the morning. More hopefully...

My N900 had bluetooth issues (as well as a few other problems), It ha problems with 2 headsets and my car kit. Connects for a short while and then disconnects and then I'm not able to connect at all...

I find that if im in the IM conversation and then click on the IM logo on the right side of the text input box, then the virtual keyboard comes up.

I presume most people ordering from MPD are going on contract with Vodafone, but if I recall correctly, Vodafones fair usage policy for their unlimited data (?) is 500Mb ... Which I would NOT advise...

What is worrying is that the Jailbroken apps have come a long way over the last year or so. Now with multifl0w for multitasking they are not that bad of an option. I still believe the N900 has got...

Lucky you. What a pain in the bum, my mic's not working and Nokia have not got any to replace my device with ...... MPD / CPW / OMG ?? What to do ? .... The acronyms go on !!!

interesting to hear about CPW, i havent kept an eye on them. ive got to return my faulty unit to nokia who dont know when they will have stock, so possibly CPW maybe the way for me as well !!!

the error suggests that the server isnt setup for the URL we are trying to access or its the wrong URL.

I did call nokia to see how fast of a replacement they could offer if we can't resolve the issue ..... Got quoted 2 - 3 weeks. I hope we can sort this.
