Cant find fMMS after firmware update

Noob mistake: Didn't do backup before f/w update.

can't find fMMS anymore, and can't download it from updates either...

so i'm guessing it's on the phone somewhere?

Anybody got any ideas...

Ah!

...and the other problem is my modem. Connects to updates no problem over a mobile network.

Turned firewall off made no difference.

Anybody got any ideas?

So i just gone done running NSU... and all my applications are gone.

Did something go amiss,
or will i have to reinstall them every time i update the firmware?
