Although you might not be supposed to see this pop up in your outgoing calls list, it's nothing to worry about. Telepathy is a framework used for several voip and im services like skype for example....

If you can type in special characters you can redirect the output of dmesg to a file using this command:

dmesg > log.txt

The log.txt will be created in the directory you are in at the moment...
