ip -6 route add default via fe80::1 dev eth0

You can test by...

Re: questions regarding Neo900 Shop

Hello,

Please note that although neo900.org and my.neo900.org have an IPv6 AAAA record in DNS (2a01:4f8:d16:270f::2) this has not been working for quite some time. It causes me a bit of...

Re: Neo900 - finally a successor of N900

I hadn't thought of that obvious risk. It sounds good then that SYS_BOOT5 is not easily accessible without removing the whole board and maybe soldering something first.

Why use the hallswitch...

Re: Neo900 - finally a successor of N900

Hi! I have a few questions / fun ideas about the hardware design to pass the time...

1. Is it possible to select the boot device (eMMC / flash) at all, and could that pin (SYS_BOOT5 I think?) be...

Re: Neo900 - finally a successor of N900

My light spreader and backlight is *exactly* like shown, but only since baking the board in a reflow oven, to resolder the modem chip that had cracked away (the "no SIM" / "unable to initialise...

Re: Neo900 - finally a successor of N900

In that post, joerg said you can do that, but you can't combine two vouchers for one order. (Because each voucher means that some component was sourced already.)

Re: Neo900 - finally a successor of N900

from the shop thread:

http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p=1471475&postcount=37

I don't know what portion of those orders are for fully assembled Neo900, or just NeoN board.

Re: Neo900 - finally a successor of N900

The standard NeoN board spec has 1GB of memory. Do you mean to add or remove something else from it?

Re: Neo900 - finally a successor of N900

yes, I meant as soon as you received your voucher mail, see http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p=1469852&postcount=2456

I might as well pay a bit more at this time, I get a rather good...

Re: Neo900 - finally a successor of N900

What I'd really like to know is:

"Down-payments to the amount of 350 EUR for a NeoN board or 480 EUR for complete Neo900 device are needed by XXXX-XX-XX to guarantee one will be built for you to...

Re: Neo900 - finally a successor of N900

I guess starting to pay 100EUR/mo. *now* means that within 3-4 months, the down payment is enough to guarantee you a NeoN board; and after another 6 months the full purchase price is paid off,...

Re: Neo900 - finally a successor of N900

The best outcome I see here is maybe a short run of 100 devices with the originally planned spec. They may cost a fortune, but developers and reviewers would get their hands on those and that would...
