got the same blank screen, but the phone still actually works
put on the tv using TV-out still sees the home screen & the touchscreen still...

if you have tried the steps in the wiki and failed installing cssu package after installing the cssu enabler
try using this command :
sudo gainroot
apt-get update
apt-get install...
