n900 cell time sync (not ntpd)
For some reason the time/date on my n900 doesn't automatically update when going to different countries.
im on vodafone and 'update automatically' is ticked. what gives?

Hi, there's no Recaller installed or anything special.
Basically by the time i've said 'bye' and quickly look at the phone to turn it off, the display is still off, so the toggle isn't quick enough...

Some feedback:
1. the tracker doesn't convert the /home/user into $HOME - not sure if this is really a problem
2. mediabox doesn't seem to honour tracker. I still find mediabox...

i created a folder ~/MyDocs/sounds-tmp
moved nokia stock sounds into there. things seem to be better. now those sygic test sounds are being picked up...
how do you restrict what the tracker service...

mediabox - restrict folder scan
How do you pick what folders mediabox can scan. I don't want all those crappy nokia ringtones and other sounds to show up at all in my mediabox.
The stock media player seems to do this as well....
