Latest "Automatic install" app caused an infinite bootloop. I cant get past the boot loader now... and no, pressing "0" does not go anywhere any further.

This is ridiculous. Now have to reflash...

I am not sure if thats the problem with it. I think its more the buffering cache settings. Hi-res stuff will definitely stutter.. but even at low res, should still get beyond 20 something seconds.

Best is to get the Motorola Atrix and a Lapdock (or the Bionic / Razr / Atrix 2 equivalents).

Running one now and its awesome once it is rooted and the lapdock is unlocked. Runs Ubuntu Jaunty and...

Thought I might stir things up a bit - I managed to transfer a new libflashplayer.so across from my Motorola Atrix (from the Linux Webtop mode) onto the N900.. and it recognises it as v10.2!

Thats why you keep both to have best of both worlds.. :)

The N8 does have massive advantages over the N900 (if you care about those capabilities). But there are things that N900 wins hands down...

I just got it to work from the local drive.. The problem is the checksum number at the end of each command is incorrect. I deleted the checksum for both commands and works fine now

Hi all,

I was just playing around with the USB host mode installation and found that it required a Kernel upgrade (to Titan's Kernel). Went and did this - but now, the multiboot will not work...

Err.. you realise the overhead of virtualisation is probably a bit taxing for the poor old N900 with 256MB of RAM and "only" a 600Mhz processor? By the time you get to virtualise a guest OS's kernel...

Sigh.. I HATE torrents.. they use to host these directly http (and I accidentally wiped it last time due to NITDROID!).. any kind soul that has an alternative to using torrents to get the data files?...
