Think it might be a real/rhapsody issue as even after flashing to 2007 Im having the same problem.

Has anybody been able to get Rhapsody to work on an N800 with 2008? I just get an internal data stream error when I try to play. Guess I have to go back to 2007 - and 2008 is SO nice ;(

I followed the directions - unzip => transfer to root on mmc1 - load xterm and execute kontori's steps. close xterm. go to personalization / themes but there is no new theme !?! only the original...
